As a learning and writing professional, one of my (many) jobs is to produce content, but I firmly believe that content accomplishes nothing if it is not usable and accessible. In order to do this, I deeply analyze my end users and their purpose(s) for interacting and engaging with content, whether it be a user manual, a policy, organizational guidelines, or a procedure. My work below reflects the multitude of genres where I implement user-centered design methods in order to accommodate my users for optimum usability.
