Samples of Work

As a learning and writing professional, one of my (many) jobs is to produce content, but I firmly believe that content accomplishes nothing if it is not usable. To do this, I deeply analyze my end users and their purpose(s) for interacting and engaging with content, whether it be a learning module, a user manual, a policy, organizational guidelines, or a procedure. My work below reflects the multitude of genres where I implement user-centered design methods to advocate for both my stakeholders and end users.
